Trial and billing

How do I cancel?: Open Settings in the dashboard and press Manage subscription. Cancel during the 7-day trial and you are not charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Where are my invoices?: Subscriptions are billed by Dodo Payments. Manage subscription in Settings opens their billing portal, where you can see invoices and change your card.
I was charged and something looks wrong: Email us with the X handle you signed in with and we'll look into it.

Why does BuzzyX ask for permission to post?: Signing in only reads your profile. Posting is a separate, explicit step, and BuzzyX only ever posts what you wrote, when you asked.
How do I stop BuzzyX from posting?: Use Turn off posting in Settings. You can also remove BuzzyX from your X account's connected apps at any time.
How do I delete my account?: Email us from any address and tell us your X handle. We'll delete your BuzzyX data.

What does the extension read?: Only the posts X shows you on x.com while you scroll. The ranked list stays in your browser for 48 hours and is not sent to us. Details are in the privacy policy.
Reply ideas say I need to sign in: Reply ideas use your BuzzyX sign-in from the same Chrome profile. Sign in at buzzyx.com in that profile, then reopen the side panel. Ranking works without an account.
Does it post or like anything for me?: No. It never posts, likes, follows or clicks anything on X. Reply on X opens X's own reply box and you press send.
How do I remove it?: Remove it from chrome://extensions. That deletes everything it stored.
